I'm pleased to hear that the product is working out for you.

Yes, we are aware of the conflict with Xobni, They have isolated the issue and are working on a patch - details here: http://www.clearcontext.com/forums/viewtopic.ph...

Here's a way to add color-coding by Topic/category: http://blog.clearcontext.com/2007/01/color_codi...

Have a good weekend.

Re: Email Prioritizer, Outlook Add-in

Looks like a handy little tool!

How easy are these little Ribbon addins to create? Apparently they're pretty straight forward to knock up, although I'm no programmer I wouldn't know. Be nice to see more of these kind of addins around though.

I'll be trying this out as well... =)

Re: Email Prioritizer, Outlook Add-in

It got stuck in my Junk mail, haha.

I've been trying it out this evening... It's actually an incredibly useful tool... in fact I would have to see more useful even then Xobni, a good thing perhaps seeing as I had to turn that off because the two didn't play nice together. Where you aware of this?

Anyway Ill try it a bit longer then write up a post about it! For me personally, the attachment explorer is such a useful feature!

Being able to a colour to Clear Context topics/categories would be a nice touch.

Thanks for informing me about it anyway =) It really will make life easier for me

Re: Email Prioritizer, Outlook Add-in

Great addition to the Outlook 2007 suite. I'm going to give it a try. I struggle with follow up and prioritization so i created a addin that is very simple, but really helps keep track of the emails is send other people. That's my biggest issue. I'm pretty good about following up on the emails people send me, but I often send emails to other people and they forget to do what i asked. I created the Outlook Trackit Addin to stay on top of the emails i send other people.

Re: Email Prioritizer, Outlook Add-in

You should have received a follow-up email by now with a link to the download. If you have not, please send an email to beta at clearcontext dot com.

I think you are mostly right. At the highest level, Xobni is focused on finding and displaying information related to specific contacts, while ClearContext is focused on finding and organizing information from multiple sources that is related to the same projects.

Re: Email Prioritizer, Outlook Add-in

I received the confirmation email saying expect a release in a few weeks? That the one?

Incidentally... how are you aiming on differentiating yourself from Xobni? From what I can see from your site you are more about organizing and prioritizing emails themselves, where Xobni is about connecting the people and networks behind the emails? Am I right?

Re: Email Prioritizer, Outlook Add-in

Hopefully you have received your reply by now.
